Tip to US/International users. If your carrier supports receiving text messages thru email, you can specify your phone number’s email address in the Sender field so that the recipient can easily reply to you using E).
B) Why do I have to type in a security code (captchas)?
This is to protect the recipients from robots/programs that can automatically send spam messages to subscribers. Using the security code, we can ensure that it’s a human using the service and not a robot.
C) Using my Philippine based cellphone, how can I use LibrengTeks to send unlimited text to any network?
We are sorry but to give priority to our web users, we have decided to disable this feature.
D) Using my Philippine based cellphone, how can I use LibrengTeks to send emails?
Message format should be “TO>email@address.com<space>Your message.”
Example: If I am a Globe subscriber and want to send a free email to myfriend@gmail.com.
I type my message as: TO>myfriend@gmail.com My friend! Sinend ko to gamit ang librengteks. Ayos ba?
Then send to the LibrengTeks Globe hotline which is 0917 940 6482 .
If our hotline for a network/carrier is offline, you can use the hotline for another network. But, of course, you will be charged the usual network-network charges. Example, if Im a Smart user and want to send email using my cellphone, even though the Smart hotline for LibrengTeks is offline, I simply send my message to the Globe hotline (if it's online), and your message will be sent. Smart will charge ou the usual 1.00 (or is it 1.50 or 2.00?) for sending a message to another network.

E) Using my Philippine based cellphone, how do I send text messages to the US or other countries?
This feature is most useful for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs)
Just follow the same instructions in D) except that you use the cellphone number as the email address.
Message format should be “TO>CellNumber@carrier.com<space>Your message.”
Example: If I am a Globe subscriber and want to send a free text to an AT&T US subscriber with phone number 18881234567.
I type my message as: TO>8881234567@txt.att.net My friend! Sinend ko to gamit ang librengteks. Ayos ba?
Then send to the LibrengTeks Globe hotline which is 0917 940 6482 .
The email address will depend on the carrier. So ask for the carrier from the owner of the number first before sending your message.
For now we only have the list for US cellular networks. List for other countries coming soon.

We have made a ready-made LibrengTeks gadget that you can easily incorporate in your own page. Simply add the following script in your code:
G) How can I help LibrengTeks continue doing this free service?
This service is 100% FREE so we do not and cannot accept payments. However, we do accept donations in the form of shared loads. So if you wish to donate in the spirit of "bayanihan", you can share any amount of load to 0949-336-7581 for Smart and 0906-255-8992 for Globe. Or you can also send prepaid load card PINs to adm.librengteks@gmail.com. Any amount, even how small, is greatly appreciated. We won't complain :). We won't even complain if you will donate as often as you want ;p.
Thank you so much for using our service. And thank you very much for your support.
Mabuhay ang librengteks.com! Mabuhay ang bagong Pinoy! Mabuhay ang bagong Pilipinas!

H) Why are Smart and Sun offline often?
For Smart, it's because, contrary to their name, they're not doing the smart thing. They LIMIT the number of messages their subscribers can send even when enrolled in their unlitxt promo. We can only send at an average of 420 messages a day. So what's the smart thing to do? Until they become truthful to their subscribers, Switch to Globe! :p
For Sun, we almost always don't have Sun signal in our area. Once we get stable signal, maybe 1st quarter of next year, then we'll serve you Sun unlimited texting as well.

I) What network do we recommend?
For "making great things possible", LibrengTeks recommends Globe Telecoms. This company is true to their word. When you avail of their unlimited text service, that's exactly what you will get - unlimited texting. No limits. No deceptions.
Unlike the company whose mission is "to be the true measure and standard of leadership in everything they do" and whose vision is "a world of people truly connected and enabled to realize their limitless possibilities", but do not even provide the services they advertise and promise to deliver. Not because they can not but seemingly because they do not intend to.
